reprogram my PTT on my razr to do what my middle button does (or did)?

my razrs middle button is broken and now i can select things in the internet... like i can highlight them but i cant "click" on them... im downloading ringtones form myxer and i get the ringtone i just cant download it because i cant select the download button help please!
