Is anyone familiar with the FACTS.org website? My school issued a user ID and password/pin when I registered, but I changed it earlier this year and I accidentally threw away the paper that had my new log-in information. I tried contacting both the website and my school, but neither one can reset it? Is there anyone who knows how to do a reset or how I can retrieve my password information? I need to fill out the transient student form. Thanks!
