I have been served with a restraining order so that I cannot "interfere with someone's business" over a negative yelp review. Long story short:

My boyfriend (we'll call him John) sold his sold with an agent. We'll call him Agent. They sold for $XXX. Agent asked John if they could list the sale price at $XyX instead but John said no. They listed at $XyX anyway without John's consent (a $50k difference). Out of curiosity, 5 months later, I checked the house on Zillow and Hotpads. Both sites said that the house was sold for the false price and that it was NOW for sale $100k higher!!!! We were outraged!! I left Agent a bad yelp review (neither threatening or vulgar in any way besides calling a "weasel"). Agent called John the next day accusing John of writing the review. It was ME, not John. But John got many texts over and over (while at work) from Agent and a voicemail saying that Agent was sewing John for $10M. John called me, told me what Agent was texting, etc. Per Agent saying that the house was NOT for sale and the listing was incorrect, I took the yelp review off immediately! So the review was up for less that 24 hours. After removing the review, Agent continued calling and harassing John. I left Agent a vm saying that it was MY review and stop calling John. It was down, yada yada yada. PS. We have proof as the house is STILL listed as "For Sale" with Agent's name attached to it.

Now we are being sued and served with restraining orders. I am seeing a lawyer Monday for advice. Anybody have any knowledge or advice BESIDES "talk to a lawyer" and "don't write yelp reviews?"
FYI - we live in California. House sold in California. Everyone lives in California.
