Revoked my brothers membership?

Okay, not so long ago my brother had gotten a new phone it was a blackberry he had bought it off a kid for $40 but the kid has stolen the phone from the gym but my brother didn't know that. Yesterday the guy that got his phone stolen comes up to my brother in the gym askes his name and my brother said it. So the guy that got his phone stolen goes to front desk so my brother follows him and they started arguing at each other in the gym (at the front desk) so the guy was telling my brother N***a ill F**k your a** up and starts threatening my brother and saying that he would come to our house and do something blah blah and this guy is about 22 bigger than my brother my brother is 16 so after he said all of that my neighbor comes and tries to pull him back(my brother) and take him out the gym. So we go outside and the guy yells out our address to our house (We don't even know this guy never seen him in our life) so they start arguing again they guy kept telling my brother he was gonna come to our house. So then he leaves. Today we came back to gym and they tell my brother that his membership has been revoked because of what had happened just because they thought my brother stoled the phone.

We know the employees had given out our address to the guy cause there's no way that he could had gotten it cause we don't him AT ALL. The employees are friends with the guy that got his phone stolen. So they probably helped it out or something.

I wondering if theres anyway that I can do something about this I mean it isnt fair because my brother didnt even do anything besides argue with the guy.





Should I tell my dad to settle this out at the gym? Or should I file a complaint?
