ringtone wont work on krzr?

I have a krzr and i downloaded a ringtone on virgin mobile live and it wont work for some reason even though it is in my sounds file

I have one too, but have had no real problem with ringtones. Have you used virgin mobile live before for ringtones? if not, thats probably y, bc the krzr wont work with it maybe. Another possibility: is your phone on vibrate? it wont let u listen if its on vibrate. Another: try saving it to your sounds folder, and going to settings and try to set it as your ringtone. that may be why. If you have any other questions, let me know and i will help u.
