Rob Gronkowski, the stud tight end for the New England Patriots and fantasy football teams around the globe, is expected to miss the next four to six weeks after breaking his arm. Gronkowski suffered the injury during the end of the Patriots win over the Indianapolis Colts this week.
This is obviously a huge blow for the Patriots — and those fantasy football teams. The most dangerous tight end on earth has 53 catches for 748 yards this season to go along with ten touchdowns.
It’ll be close to the Patriots (or fantasy teams) to replace that type of production. They will attempt to have Aaron Hernandez, Visanthe Shiancoe and Daniel Fells fill the void. Another name to keep an eye on is Michael Hoomanawanui.
