Rocko's Modern life episode with Ed Bighead whining like a puppy and screeching?

I remember a Rocko's Modern Life episode when Bev Bighead was scolding Ed for something and telling him to go to bed or inside or something. They were outside in the backyard right next to Rocko's driveway. I think Bev was shouting "NO! NO!" at Ed, then Ed whined like a puppy, and then Bev said something else as Ed cowered down and crawled away, then Ed said this weird screeching/"er-r-r!" noise as he walked off.

I know it was definitely one of the 1994-1996 episodes, because it opened with the B-52s version of the theme (the 1993 episodes had the opening theme replaced with a goofy-sounding remake).

Can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME HERE?
 
Sounds like it may have been from the episode when Bev got the dog and Ed didn't like him; seems like I remember that scene when Bev gave the dog a steak and Ed tried to steal it.
 
It might have been the one where Mrs. Bighead is trying to seduce Rocko
