my teacher is doing some kind of activity that i am roger from the novel and i need to deffend myself proving that i (roger) am innocent from the bad or good things i have done in the novel....
i like your help thanks

well you can say that at the beginnig you gave Pearl a potion and that cured her. Also, that you (roger) had no intention to kill Dimmesdale just to torture.
