I have an internet/cable/phone account with rogers and I seem to be going over my estimated usage/mnth. I have no idea what they are charging me for. All this donload/upload speed and caps on pricing? I'm unsure of what to do, I use the internet daily for fun and work related, but I dont want to pay like $50/mnth, and I don't know what my options are. Do I call and barter, or do I just switch providers, or are there evens providers that offer contracts with no caps??? HELP!
