Rogers pay as you go difficulty :( HELP!! PLEASE?

Im on rogers pay as you go and i just added ten dolars to my account so that i can get my unlimited texting
for ten dollars a month but it dosnt seem to be going through when i call *611 am i forgetting something? someone help PLEASE im dying to text
