Rogers pay as you go?

I have a Rogers pay as you go phone, and I have a problem. I bought the top up card, but my boyfriend threw out the receipt with the pin number on it to activate the card. I can't get a hold of an actual person at the customer service number. Is there any way I can get this activated.
 
No, unfortunately just like gift cards these receipts should be treated like cash. If thrown out then the only replacement option would be purchasing another one.
