Rogers PVR to computer?

I was interviewed on the news recently by a couple different stations for a charity event that I run. I would really love to have copies of these interviews, but the tv stations all charge around $60 for half hour of a show. I recorded my interviews with my Rogers PVR, the basic one, not hd. Any way to get them from there onto my dell studio laptop?

There are a couple ways using a Dazzle, Roxio or a USB input device that will cost you around $60 to $75 so you capture it then converter it to a DVD. Another is buy a DVD Recorder and capture the video almost like a VHS tape player yet its a DVD they are around $75 to $150 less work and easier turnaround time.

You can anyone of the items listed above at Walmart, Best Buy, or Amazon there are even Refurbished units out there we bought a few from Amazon.
