rogers wants me to "subscribe" what does this mean?

ok i was doing something in which i had a email sent to my phone and instead of the email i got this message from rogers "Welcome to rogers email to SMS. You have mail but are not subscribed:, reply "yes" to this message to subscribe" if i reply yes will i be charged for anything besides sending the message does subscribe mean im changing my plan or something?

I'm not sure but when I get stuff like that I ignore them, who knows It might be some kind of scam

I'm not sure but i think it meats like signing up to the site which allows you to send or receive email to sms
