Rosetta Stone Download/ Torrents?

I want to learn Chinese and I thought about getting Rosetta Stone but it is so expensive. I saw that there are torrents available to download it.
Is that safe? How would I do it?
Also, is there any better way to download it or any places that you guys suggest?
