RuneScape - Where to train for melee pure 1 def in f2p?

I'm currently 40 attack, 50 strength, 1 defense, nothing else. Where should I train in f2p worlds? I'm getting under 14K xp but I know I can get more. Flesh crawlers is crowded with level 80's. Also, I want to get my strength to 75-85, should I train my magic after it too, to 85?
