RZR V3M will not detect on Motorola Phone Tools v4.5?

Yep...it won't detect. I've tried several...using different usb ports.
It's a Verizon Razor V3M.

What happens that i try to get it to detect my phone..after it's finished I get the following message saying

"Motorola Phone Tools has not dectected your phone"

Then it offers for me to update and try again. I did that...and there were no updates so it brought me back to the detect screen again.

What's the problem... =(

have you found a driver for you phone? You should be able to find the driver in google. Why would you want to use MPT with your phone? Verizon blocks every feature except contacts back up
