SAAB 95 2.0t 2003 Stalls?

My SAAB 95 2.0t 2003 suddenly stall when I was driving at around 60 KM/h, all the power brakes and power steering were lost. All the lights in the panel came on. I need to completely stop the car and restart the car again. This incident has happened for 4-5 times already.
My Mechanics has no clue what went wrong with the car, no signs of problems when checked with the computer.
Any idea on how to fix this problem ?
 
I had a similar problem with a 1999 honda civic. I finally found three of the cells of the battery were almost dry, causing the plates in the battery to intermittently short out from overheating.
In another case, the positive battery lead going to the starter got up against the exhaust manifold, melted the insulation, and caused it to intermittently short out.
