Sailor Moon: Jupiter/Venus Star Henshin RPG Wands?

While looking around online, I noticed that the Mercury/Mars/Jupiter/Venus Star Henshin wands (the nail polish ones) are really hard to find, but more specifically, the Jupiter/Venus set is practically so rare you can't even find a picture of the set together. Why is that set more rare than the Mercury/Mars set? Just curious.
