I work in a wind turbine manufacturer company, our department ( After Sales Service Department) is going to introduce our activities by directing website , brochure etc ... we are going to make some introduction about our activities by the help of an official letter,to explain every thing about our department, the history, our website, etc I need a sample official letter for this
