when I turn on my phone it has the loading bar as if it's turning on as usual but when its fully loaded the screen goes black and then the loading bar comes up again and starts from zero. it's on a continuous loop and won't stop unless I take the battery out. this is preventing me from using my phone and it's quite annoying, please help
