Hello,
Starting yesterday, my Samsung, Bell cellular (Model SCH-U740, Digital Dual Band PHONE) is stuck on an 'offline mode'. (I didn't drop it, nor turned it off quickly, etc.) I used it for the day, woke up, and it claims to be stuck on an 'offline mode'. I have no idea what this means, but I do recall it won't allow me to make any calls, or send and receive texts. (It does allow checking your contacts, and other typical stuff. It seems to appeal dis-activated, though the two other cellulars on the plan are fine in this situation.)
My question is, is there any small ways to fix this? Without taking it to the service company, calling someone, etc. Please let me know.
Thanks.
