Samsung Corby Plus downloaded ringtones? anyone have this phone?

Hi i just bought a samsung corby plus rogers phone so far its pretty good for the price only thing im having trouble with is whenever i download a ringtone , i can set it for text messages , but i dont have the option to set it for when somebody calls , the option is greyed out? , is this phone not capable to have downloaded ringtones? also when i go to the actual screen to change my ringtone, u can only select the default phone ringtones , (downloaded ones dont show up under default option) n e ways does anyone have this phone that can help me out?? , it seems odd if you cant set a custom ringtone on a newer phone. P.S the user manual is about as helpful as a tuna sandwhich
