Alright, so I had to exchange my samsung eternity because it was malfunctioning. So, when the lady at the store turned it on as you all know, it gives a "Would you like to transfer all data from the sim card? YES NO" popup thing(im not sure if those are the exact words) anyways, she clicked no, so i lost all my contacts, but when someone texts/calls me, it shows their name and number when i didn't even re save it. Even when i try to save an old contact, it says the number is in use, so i know the numbers are there! i just don't know how to transfer them, any help please!!!!
