It's been charging very slowly and irregularly lately. For example, this morning I unplugged my phone at 100% and after I unplugged it it went down to 30% . The other day it only charged about 40% after 4 hours of being plugged in. I went into the T-Mobile store and he said taking the battery out should help but it's not helping at all. Any advice?
