Samsung Galaxy S3 Wind Mobile reception and calling problems?

Hi, I just got my Samsung S3 yesterday with wind mobile, I noticed that it doesn't receive any signals in some buildings, and it is not sending text messages. Also whenever I try and call another phone it logs the minutes and stays on the dialing screen but, the call doesn't reach the other phone.

Are there some special settings that the phone should be in or is it just a provider problem?
