Samsung Galaxy Star GPRS accessiblity?

I bought a new SAMSUNG GALAXY STAR DUOS GT-S5282 phone. Now, since it is a new model released in April2013, GPRS settings for this one (BSNL) is not accepting. How to find out out the previous mobile number which is compatible for gprs settings for this new mobile
