SAMSUNG GT N7000 what does this notification mean?

I just activated my samsung GT N700 but i see a notification icon at the top right corner of my phone Found between the Bluetooth and the Signal/Network Connection Bars.

This notification appears H and then changes to 3G(i'm not sure if it's 3G or 36) then there are 2 arrows below it (down and up) 1 blinks green and the other blinks orange.

1. What does that notification mean?
2. How do i disable it so that it won't appear at the top?
 
It is just your internet signal changing from 2G to 3G. You can't get rid of it. It will leave by its self....
