samsung rouge has a few calling issues?

alright i have a samsung rouge and i cant hear anything when i receive or make a phone call but they can hear me. also no audio will play on my phone unless i receive text or phone call, the phone calls the last person in my call log when i try to look at the recent calls. does anyone have advice?
