Samsung Solstice 2 won't let me use downloaded ringtones!?

I downloaded a ringtone and put it on my samsung solstice II in the ringtones section and when I go to it, it won't let me go to the "set as" button! (thats the button that enables you to set it as a ringtone) but all of my other default ringtones let me! How do I fix this so that I can use the tone I downloaded for my phone? :( Please help!
