samsung star gts5233s going online?? ( facebook and ebuddy??) im having troubles?

hi i just bought my new phone and it said i get free facebook and all.. but i try to log on and it says
unexpected failure.... i also try to go to other sites such as youtube or google and it says.. service is not part of the active profile???

and the same thing happens when i try to go to the ebuddy site to download it and use it.. ( the service is not part of active profile thing)..

im with virgin
and i also tried downloading ebuddy onto my computer and then i used bluetooth to get it to my phone but it says. the file is in the wrong format or sumtin?? ( the ebuddy thing was .jad file)

can some e1 please tell me how i can fix this???

Be sure thet the operator setting for GPRS is well, then go to site http://get.ebuddy.com to download the ebuddy app from PC or your cell phone
The .jad file did not match, you should try the other type of Java files. It's .jar
