Samsung Transform vs LG Optimus S?

Im stuck on what phone I should buy. The Optimus is free, with 40 dollars tax, while the Transform is 180 with tax. I like how the Transform has a faster processer and flash on the camera, but Im also looking for the one with better performance as the Optimus S has 512 RAM while the Transform only has 256.
 
The Transform has slightly better ratings.
