Samsung Vibrant VS. T-Mobile myTouch 4G VS. T-Mobile G2 with Google?

Which one is the better choice? Thanks in advance for your input.
I live in Litchfield Park Arizona, 85340 and I don’t know if there is any 4G coverage out here for T-Mobile.
