San Francisco Android unlock?

I'm planning on purchasing the San Francisco Android mobile, aka - ZTE Blade. It only comes on Orange, I need to unlock it so that I can use my t-mobile sim with it. Will any features change? This is an extract I picked up from a website in which were reviewing the mobile: Orange caps this at a pathetic 100MB a month, which if you're going to use Android's full Web browsing capability will vanish in a few days.
^^ will the 100MB a month stay the same... or change?

I dont think any feature will change after unlocking. But i've heard if you unlock using few softwares, it will void the warranty. Hence you can try unlocking your ZTE Blade using codes. Codes are provided by your network provider itself. You can also get it online at ClassicUnlocking.com which provides a quick service.
