Saturn Ion front bumper cost?

So I backed up into my best friend's 2004 Saturn Ion, and damaged her front bumper with the hitch on the back of my Escape. I hit half of the license plate and put a finger length crack in the bumper. I think they have to replace the bumper. With insurance, what would be an estimate of what I could have to pay.
