I had some trouble with my P.c last year I think it crashed, (my daughter said it did) we got it back up and running it's only about 4 years old. everything seemed to be fine untill I tried to use our new scanner for the first time. it's an all in one epson stylus cx3810. we have used the printer a million times then tried to use the scanner and could not find it in my programs. now I can't find the install disk to re install it. I went to epson and downloaded the driver but when i installed, nothing happened. still can't find the scanner.? Im using firefox and think maybe I just don't know what I'm doing. explorer needs to close after about 5 minutes of being opened or if I try to send an email whats up with that? i deleted history and cookies etc...
