sci fi movie about some woman who has super fighting powers?

there is this movie that i cant remember the name of. Its based in the future and theres some woman who's sister is killed and she is like a super fighter. I just cant think of the name its driving me crazy!!! theres also some black lady with monkey like feet her and the white woman are friends at first but then they become enemies for some reason and they fight. I think the black woman is killed. anybody know what Im talking bout?? and its not ultraviolet

Actually, the black woman's feet are in fact hands. She had them put on so that she could be a better fighter.
