Scoliosis at 13 :(??????

Im 13, and i have been diagnosed with scoliosis for about a year and a half, im male btw, but anyway, lately i have been worrying about it. My grandma and mom have scoliosis, and they didnt go mthrough scoliosis, but they were close to. so, i was just wondering, do u think i will have to wear a back brace or even go through surgery when im older? btw, i have a 15-20 degree curvature.
last check up was 6 months ago btw
 
You might want to ask this in the Health section, you might get better responses. Also, you might want to see your doctor again to find out if you need more intensive treatment.
