I love shortbread!* I make it all year round, adding different flavoring ingredients like lavender and lemon or basil and lime.* But when it comes close to the holiday season, I like it plain!* I still want it to look pretty though, so these Shortbread Pans caught my eye: The Scottish Thistle Pan has the advantage of having the traditional Scottish symbol on it, and it’s really really pretty.* The pan is 8 inches across, and when you’ve finished baking, you just tip the panfull out and cut them into wedges.** About $36.50 The Snowflake Pan makes a different shaped shortbread cookie.* [...]Post from: Cooking Gadgets
