Secure my Internet-WIRELESS?

i have some criteria on the securing my wireless internet signal
1. there will be a password to catch the signal....like if someone comes to my house with thier laptop- and they can get my wireless signal,only if i provide with a password that i want to set up
2. anyone with wifi enable be able to use the wireless
