selling a house with a dead head of a ex on the mortgage were do i stand?

Me and my ex girlfriend purchased a house 3 years ago with a joint mortgage for £74,000 we both paid roughly £1000 each deposit after 6 month we split up and I carried on paying for the mortgage she was really bitter about the situation and involved courts and solicitor. I’ve always offered to pay back what she paid into the house but she always wanted more. She’s now run up a big solicitor cost and court cost that I have been ordered to pay. I came to the dissension that it would be best to sell the property but as I’ve been paying the mortgage and maintain the property would I be able to claim back any work that I have had done plus the difference I’ve made to the mortgage? For instance when she left the property the outstanding amount on the mortgage was £73,000 now the outstanding mortgage is £65,000 plus I’ve spent roughly 10,000 maintaining the property
