Selling an iPad with apps still installed?

I want to sell my iPad on eBay, but need to know if I can do this with the apps still installed? I have bought a lot of music making apps and I reckon I would get a better price if I could leave them on it. I am happy that I can remove any personal info, so I'm not worried about that, but would the buyer be able to use the apps and sync the device etc? Cheers! Tim
That's weird, yahoo answers said this question can't be posted due to community guidelines, so I rewrote it and now I see I have asked this twice...

Yes. The iPad can only sync up to 5 computers. So if you have it synced with less then that, then yes. If not you need to restore it to factory settings and sell it as if it was brand new outta the box.
