Sending ringtones via bluetooth...phone problems!?!?

Okay I have a samsung gleam, and my cuz has a LG Chocolate 2 (Im pretty sure) so can she send me ringtones via bluetooth? Or do you need some card or have the same fone or same plan or something..? I do what you normaly do to send ringtones, go to the song and go to options, there is no send via option or anything. Help plz. Tyvm in advance.
