settings for anycall i900 for t-mobile?

i bought it a while ago sms works fine but i need the settings for mms and internet on t-mobile. please let me now what they are. (the phone is a copy of the samsung I900 omnia)

Proxy: 216.155.165.050

Port: 8080 or 9201

MMS server: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms

Home Page: http://wap.myvoicestream.com or http://wap.t-zones.com

Authentication type: Normal

Primary and secondary DNS servers: 0.0.0.0 or blank (depending on the phone in question).
