Hi there, My C3 has been having problems for the last 6 months. First the ignition coil broke down, got that replaced. Mechanic replaced also spark plugs, so they don't ruin the new ignition coil. Next problem appeared with the temperature display going up to very hot. When I checked the heat on engine, it was not hot, this temperature warning goes up and down whenever it wants since. The engine is never hot though. Also the engine management lamp lit s up, lately all the time. In the meantime, we replaced the catalyst and then one of the temperature sensors, problem still persisted. I now had the MOT done, with the emission borderline, very high. The computer check says the other temperature sensor is faulty, changed that too. After every repair my mechanic deleted the fault codes, but the faults come up again. The fault codes show P0420 and P0116, meaning temperature sensor incoherence. But we cannot get on the bottom of the problem. The only and last idea my mechanic has is that the electronic or the software has a fault. My mechanic is specialized on Citroens and still has a problem to find whats wrong. I will be living in London soon, and if somebody can give any idea what to do, where to go. Has anyone had the same experiences? Please help!
