At times i feel like my throat is closing up, i get a big drink of water and nothing seems different. I feel like I'm getting shallow breaths and not breathing good enough. This occurs every single second of the day, i can't seem to get any relief. I can't even eat cause I'm afraid it will get stuck. I get nervous about going to sleep because i might not wake up.
