sex toys and shy hubby any info?

So my husband will joke about getting me a sex toy and some other fun stuff but when it gets down to getting the stuff he like wimps out. I'm not afraid to get a sex toy or other stuff I just wonder if he is like scared I will be offended by it or what. Anywho so I'm needed some advice of some sort.

I've been in this situation with my partner. I wanted to buy her a sex toy for her pleasure should she wish, and for me to tease her with.

I think something that is overlooked by women...we men are very emotionally insecure it turns out...is that often we can think the sex toy, will in some way, replace us, be better at pleasing you than us.

I sucked it up, bought my partner a sex toy and introduced her to it during a clumsy strip tease, then laid my cards on the table of my insecurities.

I think ultimately, just reassure your husband, the sex toy is an aid, you love and desire him and he's the person you're thinking of when you are using the toy. The toy isn't the reason you're aroused, he is, and he probably just needs to be reassured of this so he can expand his own sexuality also.
