Okay, so I'm pretty sure my friends cousin likes me. This is based off of many reasons, situations, etc. I don't know, I think I'm starting to have feelings as well. I was thinking about being the one who starts making the first moves. We see each other quite a bit. And when we see each other it's at my friends house. The place where all of us kids go is out in the garage and driveway, it's the hangout spot, I guess. Would it be wrong if i sat on his lap? We call each other "PIC"...partners in crime. So maybe I could say "Hey my PIC" and just scoot in on his lap? Or I could just start out slow and make him give me a piggy back ride or something? Lol. What're your opinions? Thanks in advance
