Shareaza P2P network?

What happened to the Shareaza website? It appears to be missing, and its been like that for at least a week...
Anybody here know what's going on?
 
I do belive that they were taken out by the feds/RIAA for P2P services, copyright, ect ect
same with grokster, and demonoid for canadians
