Right then...
I have 2 computers, 1 with inernet, and i want my second pc to have internet too. The trouble is i want to spend as little as is humaly possible, if anything atall.
computer 1 has internet through a Broadband conncetion from NTL, theres a little blue box that came with it, with 'cable modem' written on it, connected to computer 1 through USB. Computer 1 also has a 'phone plug' shaped socket free.
Computer 2 is in my bedroom, and has no internet currently. I want the cheapest way to get internet up to my bedroom computer. it has a 'phone plug' shaped socket on it too.
i know there are loads of things for abour £40 and upwards which would do it perfectly. But i want absolute basic internet access, at absolute low cost.
i already have a really really long 'Cat 5E' cable' with the 2 phone plug shaped bits on either end, hope that can be put to use.
help much appreciated
