If your dog is light enough, you could put her up on the wall using static electricity just as you can do with a balloon. JUST KIDDING.
This time of year you get a lot of static electricity. Just touch the dog in a less-sensitive area, like a paw pad rather than a nose, that should help. Our cats climb up on our bed at night and you can actually see little sparks when the lights are out. It's quite fascinating.
How 'bout you take one of those dryer sheets (like you put in the dryer to soften your clothes) & smooth the dogs hair with it. Do it all over the dog's coat. I think it would take the static out of her fur.
Good luck.
